KA210-VET: small-scale partnerships.

Deadline: March Up to €60,000

KA210-VET is part of Erasmus+ Key Action 2, the family of actions dedicated to cooperation between organisations. It’s the format designed for those who have never managed a European project before: all it takes is two organisations from two different countries (at least one an EU Member State or a country associated with the programme) to apply, compared with the minimum three required by more structured partnerships.

Funding is a lump sum: you choose between €30,000 and €60,000, a fixed amount tied to the project’s objectives rather than to actual expenses incurred, which simplifies both reporting and the final audit. Projects last between 6 and 24 months.

The “VET” tag means the call is reserved for organisations active in vocational education and training: training centres, vocational schools, chambers of commerce, companies with in-house training activities. There are twin versions of the same “small-scale partnerships” format for other sectors: KA210-SCH for school education, KA210-ADU for adult education, KA210-YOU for youth. So if your organisation doesn’t work in VET, there’s probably still a KA210 built for you.

The call opens once a year with a deadline in early March (for 2026: 5 March, 12:00 Brussels time); some National Agencies also offer a second window in autumn, but this isn’t guaranteed at EU level and should be checked year by year.
