The CERV-2026-CITIZENS-CIV call supports the participation of citizens and associations in the Union’s democratic and civic life, across three strands: electoral participation, participation beyond elections, and countering disinformation.
It is open to civil society organisations, local authorities and other actors active in promoting active European citizenship, working in transnational partnerships.
The overall budget is €30 million, split across three strands of €10 million each.
